Job Description
- Collaborate with web and app developers, as well as UI/UX designers, to create innovative, industry-spanning designs.
- Design unique, purposeful, and award-winning websites and digital interfaces.
- Develop website layouts and user interfaces on CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and WebFlow.
- Craft engaging user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for web applications.
- Participate in the implementation and seamless integration of websites.
- Communicate effectively with clients, present work clearly, and translate feedback into actionable tasks for the creative team.
- Manage projects from initial brief through completion using Designity s tools, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Understand client objectives, identify solutions, manage timelines, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Mentor and guide Designity s creatives, setting direction, and supporting their professional growth.
- Act as a key decision-maker, leader, and mentor within the team.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience designing marketing websites, e-commerce sites, platform interfaces, and other digital products.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
- Expertise in FIGMA, InVision, and other UI/UX design tools.
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Background in a creative or design agency, or as a freelancer managing client projects, is preferred.
- Experience designing websites across a variety of industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop briefs, timelines, and independently manage projects.
- Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, setting clear expectations, and providing regular updates.
- Experience mentoring and guiding creatives at different career stages.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs on schedule.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A robust portfolio showcasing web design expertise and strategic vision.
- Bachelor s or advanced degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communication, Project Management, or a related field; management education is a plus.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Quick learner with a passion for process optimization and multitasking.
