About The Role :.

As a Load Tester at Riverhouse Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our software applications under various load conditions.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute performance tests to identify and address bottlenecks, assess system scalability, and guarantee optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities.

Performance Testing:Plan, design, and execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability, stability, and reliability of software applications.

Load Testing:Conduct load testing to simulate real-world scenarios and identify system limitations.

Test Automation:Develop and maintain automated test scripts for performance testing using industry-standard tools.

Analysis and Reporting:Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, highlighting performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators, to address performance issues and recommend solutions.

Monitoring:Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools to proactively identify potential issues.

Documentation:Create and maintain documentation related to performance testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Load Tester with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.

Solid understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.

Proficiency in performance testing tools such as [mention specific tools, e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner].

Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
