Key Responsibilities.

Leadership & Team Management:.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are achieving their potential.

Coordinate with HR for recruitment, retaining, and developing engineering talent.

Code Review & Quality Assurance:.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance.

Foster a culture of code excellence and enforce best practices and standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:.

Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure communication is clear and effective, aligning the engineering team's goals with the company's strategic objectives.

Problem Identification & Solution Design:.

Sharply identify bugs and issues within the systems, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Suggest and implement robust solutions for complex problem statements, driving innovation and excellence.

Project Management:.

Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Utilize agile methodologies to ensure flexible and adaptive planning, development, and delivery.

Qualifications.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technical environment.

Strong technical background with experience in Javascript, PHP, and their frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders..
