Business and Technology Analyst

• The candidate should be able to understand the API Walkthrough Calls and API Kits of the Insurance Companies (Life, Health and Motor)
• The candidate must recognise the sequence of API Calls
• The candidate has to identify and verify the conditions and validations of the request/response, parameters in the API
• The candidate should be able to execute the field level mapping of the parameters into various categories like dynamic, static, configuration, hardcoded, etc
• The candidate must recognise the Digital Journey flows of Insurance (both loan linked and non-loan linked)
• Post execution of the above pointers, the candidate is to articulate the same into integration documents which shall be utilised as a reference by the engineering department to commence with the Tech Projects

Skills Required are as below-

• Insurance Operations background
• Understands the Insurer APIs and its parameters
• Good Communication Skills
• Should know how to draft the documents
• Adaptability to understand the insurance process
• To be able to collaboratively work with teams within and outside Riskcovry
