Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retention Executive to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing policyholders, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize policy renewals and retention rates. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products and customer service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure policy renewals and minimize cancellations.
- Identify and address customer concerns, providing suitable solutions to retain their business.
- Analyze customer feedback and policy lapse trends to develop retention strategies.
- Educate policyholders on product benefits, policy coverage, and additional offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Handle complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities.
- Monitor and achieve retention targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights and retention improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Experience and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide convincing solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet retention goals.
