Preparation and updating reporting MIS.
Renewal Activity (Camp, Audit, Inspection etc) with timeline of Renewal date minimum 3 months, Working on quotation with timeline of Renewal date minus 60 days, Initial quotation sharing with client with timeline of Renewal date minus 45 days.
Performing Events and activities for Client engagement as decided by the Team Head (TH)
Converting our renewals in our favor, however other Team members will also need to help if required by Retention and Renewal team
Cross sell and Upsell for existing accounts
Zoom/ Microsoft / Google meet are the tools of MEETINGS. If required physical meeting can be done if necessary only
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, or customer service roles.
Strong ability to analyze customer data and behavior to inform retention strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and teams.
Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience working collaboratively across departments to implement retention strategies
