TeamSite OpenText Developer (3-5 yrs)

Overview :

- OpenText TeamSite Developer.

- Experience with TeamSite 16.

- Develop LiveSite Components.

- Experience with LiveSite Display Services (LSDS), LiveSite Content Services (LSCS) and specifically experience working with LSCS for Content-as-a-Service and related templating knowledge.

- DCT Development.

- Presentation Templates development (XSLT).

- Workflow Development (Modeler).

- TeamSite UI Customization.

- OpenDeploy configuration and script Development.

- LSCS/LSDS Deployments and configuration.

- Documentation and Requirements Gathering.

- Web Services Consumption and development.

- Unix Skillset.

- Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services Java and J2EE.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Teamsite OpenText platform.

- Collaborate with content creators to develop and upload new digital content.

- Customize Teamsite templates to ensure a consistent brand experience.

- Optimize content workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Teamsite environment.

- Train team members on best practices for utilizing the Teamsite platform.

- Conduct regular audits of digital content for compliance and relevance.

- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

- Coordinate with IT to ensure the software infrastructure supports Teamsite operations.

- Develop documentation for content management processes and systems.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior to inform future content strategies.

- Implement metadata strategies to enhance searchability and organization.

- Maintain security protocols in accordance with company policies.

- Support marketing initiatives by ensuring timely updates to web content.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with OpenText Teamsite advancements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Min 3-5 years experience with OpenText Teamsite CMS.

- Proven knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience working with SQL databases for content retrieval and management.

- Strong understanding of content governance and best practices.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

- Experience training users on digital content management tools.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools for tracking content performance.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs.
