Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the product strategy for observability solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop observability features.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Establish key performance metrics for observability products.
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Facilitate user feedback sessions and incorporate insights into product development.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support sales and marketing teams with product training and materials.
- Communicate product direction and updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Analyze data from observability tools to inform product enhancements.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our observability products remain competitive.
- Drive user acceptance testing and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and users.
- Evaluate and select third-party observability tools and vendors.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate as needed.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology or software services.
- Proven expertise in observability concepts and tools.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with engineering and design teams.
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for user experience design.

- Familiarity with database systems and monitoring tools.
