Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for implementation and governance of Risk management framework for PFM.
2. Ensure all risk-related policies are defined, reviewed, and updated periodically and placed at the relevant risk management committee for approval.
3. Formulate and implement structured reporting process for risk monitoring and reporting for financial as well as non-financial risks
4. Review and suggest changes to the risk appetite and risk metrics for the PFM
5. Implement and enhance the operational risk framework including key components like RCSA, KRI etc. Review & updation of RCSA framework across all departments of PFM, and identify actions by business / risk to mitigate risks and / or improve controls.
6. Implementation and monitoring of controls around Dealing room (rate scan, dealing pattern analysis, monitoring of suspicious transactions / alerts etc.). Adopt best practices from industry and other group companies in this regard.
7. Review and report the following to the senior management / Risk Management Committee a) Risk reports capturing deviations to risk thresholds, risk appetite across the PFM and
   Schemes
   b) Result of stress testing based on defined parameters for investment, credit and liquidity risks
   c) Internal and external fraud incidents reported / identified by various departments
   d) Near miss and loss incidents identified and reported by the respective departments
8. Identify, assess and estimate emerging risks and their possible impact on the PFM. Work closely with various teams like Investments, Operations, IT to work on mitigation plan.
9. Engage with Banks risk and subsidiary governance teams to ensure PFM risk framework is aligned with group framework where possible, and the key risks are highlighted to the Group.

• To contribute to formulation and review of the risk management related policies and risk appetite for the PFM company.
• To drive enhancement of operational risk framework and dealing room controls.
• Identification & reporting to key risks to senior management & RMC
