Junior Mis Executive

Job Description

GRMI is seeking a Junior Mis Executive with a Digital Mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for leveraging technology, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of business analytics combined with a forward-thinking, digital-first approach to problem-solving.

Prerequisite: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, HLOOKUP, Generating and automating reports trend. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analytics and Insights
• Analyze business data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, HLOOKUP, Generating and automating reports trend.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Interpret data to support decision-making and drive business performance improvements.
2. Digital Mindset and Innovation
• Leverage advanced digital tools and technologies to enhance analytics processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve business analytics practices.

1. Collaboration and Communication
• Present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, HLOOKUP, Generating and automating reports trend.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, with a strong focus on leveraging digital tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, R).
• A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
