Job Title: Assistant Professor /Research Associate/Faculty

Overview:
GRMI is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant professor /Research Associate to support research projects through administrative and technical assistance. This role involves project coordination, managing documentation and databases, and ensuring compliance with research protocols. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in research support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical support for research projects (e.g., scheduling meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders).
• Maintain research documentation, databases, and records in compliance with institutional policies.
• Teaching and Mentoring
• Assist in preparing research reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure resource availability.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
• Support grant writing, proposal submissions, and funding compliance.

Qualifications:

• Education: PhD, Management
• Skills: Strong organizational, administrative, and MS Office skills. Familiarity with research databases and software.
• Experience: Prior experience in a research or academic support role is preferred.
