Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and App Development services. You will lead the sales team, build strong client relationships, and ensure business growth in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Formulate and execute effective sales plans focused on driving growth in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and App Development.

Business Development:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach.

Client Management:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and maximize repeat business.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine and optimize sales strategies.

Team Leadership:

Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, particularly in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and App/Software Development.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, and highly motivated to achieve results.

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
• Job Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
