Job Title:

Key Account Manager - Corporate Sales (Account Expansion and Growth)

Location: Noida,Sector-62


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to focus on account mining and expansion within our corporate client base. In this role, you will nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and drive revenue growth through strategic engagement.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of corporate sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management & Expansion:
    • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion and achieve revenue goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns proactively to maintain high retention rates.
  3. Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Analyze client needs and align them with our service offerings to maximize revenue potential.
    • Propose and present new services or solutions that add value to the clients business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  4. Strategic Engagement:
    • Conduct regular account reviews to understand client goals, challenges, and growth strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on optimizing their use of our platform.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and partner, helping clients achieve success with our services.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Monitor account performance and provide detailed reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Track KPIs and metrics related to account expansion and growth.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate on contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and account negotiations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Educational Background:
    • MBA preferred
  • Professional Experience:
    • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, corporate sales, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of growing revenue through account expansion and upselling.
