Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively call and meet clients to understand their needs and present our premium offerings.

- Conduct site visits to showcase properties and highlight their unique features.

- Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and close deals effectively.

- Expand our network by bringing on board new channel partners and investors.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Manage and motivate a sales team, ensuring optimal performance under pressure.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for real estate and a desire to excel in a competitive market.
