It Support Engineer(Immediate Joiner only)

Position : - It Support Engineer

Location : - Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience : - 6 Month to 4 Years

Role & responsibilities

• Work independently, providing On-site/Offshore support for client systems
• Handle all field services and technical services support for Desktop, Laptop, Printers, scanners and VOIP phones
• Work on configuring mail client(Outlook or any), applications and management of end points.
• Regularly creation of end point images as per client requirement and maintain for compliance
• Setup, maintenance and support of client systems
• Experience in preparation of Client system Operating system images and deployment
• Assist in Infra components, such as servers, network devices, power supplies, KVM monitors
• Share responsibility of smooth operational support for the end Users
• Documentation of IT service management systems
• Processing of support cases/tickets through ticketing system
• System and Network components support for the end User VoIP systems, workstations, Servers and printers/scanner systems.
• Work with multi-vendor for the client system management

Preferred candidate profile

• 0.6 years of Infra experience in a comparable position experience in IT Industry
• Hands on experience on field Services for IT at customer sites
• Good Knowledge on overall IT Infra which includes Client Hardware systems, AD, Mail Services & Network Basics
• Microsoft certified professionals/A+/MCSE
• Hold knowledge on ITIL concepts.
• Good Team management and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken skills.
