Role & responsibilities

7+ years of experience in Core Banking Solutions. The role should have a strong background in agile methodologies and extensive experience managing IT changes in complex banking environments. Expertise in implementing and supporting Finacle Core Banking solution is essential. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in managing change processes aligned with ITIL frameworks, ensuring minimal disruption to critical banking operations. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and compliance related to IT changes in banking is critical. Strong technical knowledge of CBS integrations, APIs, and workflows, combined with excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills, is necessary for managing cross-functional teams effectively and ensuring smooth implementation of changes.

Preferred candidate profile

The specialist will act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and fostering collaboration within development teams. In IT Change Management, the role involves assessing, planning, and implementing changes in CBS environments while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing change requests, coordinating testing and deployment activities, and ensuring thorough documentation. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize changes, resolve issues, and maintain system stability. Additionally, the role focuses on driving continuous improvement by optimizing change management processes and enhancing team efficiency through agile best practices.
