Role & responsibilities

The Role should have strong experience of 4+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for Finacle Core Banking Solution. Expertise in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, along with proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, UFT, Appium, or similar. The candidate must have a deep understanding of CBS functionalities, workflows, and integration points, as well as experience in testing APIs, web services, and database validations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and tools for test execution and reporting is critical. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in agile environments are necessary for success in this role.

Preferred candidate profile

The Role will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust automation scripts to validate CBS functionalities and integrations. Key deliverables include creating reusable test scripts, implementing automation frameworks, and optimizing scripts for performance and scalability. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects to ensure system quality. Responsibilities also involve integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, maintaining detailed test documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance test coverage and improve testing efficiency. Additionally, the engineer will identify areas for automation improvements and provide recommendations to strengthen the testing strategy.
