Role & responsibilities

The role should have 7+ years of hands-on experience in executing performance testing for Finacle CBS. Proficiency in using performance testing tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, and endurance testing. The candidate should have experience in preparing test scripts, executing tests, and analyzing performance metrics. Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, and database interactions is critical, as is knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace

Preferred candidate profile

The role will execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of CBS and its integrations. Responsibilities include preparing test scripts, setting up test environments, and conducting tests to identify system bottlenecks. The tester will analyze performance metrics, document findings, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Key deliverables include detailed test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for performance improvements. The role also involves ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards and contributing to the enhancement of performance testing processes by adopting best practices and optimizing test frameworks. The tester will work closely with the Performance Test Lead and other stakeholders to ensure systems meet performance benchmarks.
