• OS: Windows & Outlook
• Assembling & Dissembling CPU Knowledge.
• Ticketing Tool
• Windows 7 and above
• Client OS, Windows Server 2012, and above Server OS
• MS Office 365 Administration
• Remote support experience
• LAN/Wi-Fi configuration &support
• Desktop, laptop, Printers, Scanner, WIFI Hardware knowledge & work experience
• MS Exchange troubleshooting experience
• Network patching Data & Voice (Switch to Desk)
• Creating reports and MIS activities
