Execution Head - Merchant Banking (8-10 yrs)

We have a requirement for the position of "Head Execution - Merchant Banking"

This position is for Delhi office.

Due Diligence : First-level financial & legal due diligence based on the preliminary information/documents to be provided by the Company and publicly available information, carry out a preliminary background check through E-Courts, Cubic Tree Reports, Watch Out Invertor, discussions with the management, auditors and legal advisors to the Issue, Re-stating the financial statements of last three years to make necessary corrections in the Audited Financial statements for the purpose of IPO & Finalize the Due Diligence report.
