Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Learning and Development Professional Profile

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Design:

  • Identify training needs by collaborating with department heads and employees.
  • Develop customized learning modules, workshops, and e-learning content.
  • Plan training sessions aligned with business goals and employee career development.

2. Training Delivery:

  • Conduct and facilitate engaging training sessions (classroom or online).
  • Utilize interactive methods such as role-playing, group discussions, and case studies.
  • Manage vendor and external trainer coordination for specialized training programs.

3. Training Performance Analysis:

  • Measure training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Track employee progress and performance improvement post-training.

4. Learning Management Systems (LMS):

  • Manage and maintain LMS platforms for content delivery and tracking.
  • Create online courses and ensure accessibility for employees.

5. Career Development:

  • Implement leadership development and upskilling programs.
  • Guide employees in career growth through coaching and mentoring initiatives.

6. Strategic Alignment:

  • Design programs that align with organizational goals (e.g., cultural transformation, compliance, or innovation).
  • Promote a learning culture across the organization.

Employee Engagement Professional Profile

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze workforce trends to create targeted engagement initiatives.

2. Employee Communication:

  • Foster open and transparent communication channels between employees and leadership.
  • Organize regular feedback sessions, town halls, and updates to ensure employees feel heard and valued.

3. Culture Building:

  • Promote an inclusive, positive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

4. Recognition and Rewards:

  • Develop programs to recognize and reward employee contributions effectively.

5. Engagement Programs:

6. Measurement and Analysis:

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA HR with 09-15 years of experience.
  • Hands on experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Policy formulation and other HR Processes.
  • Preferably from manufacturing background.
  • Experience of managing a team. Exposure of LMS will be added advantage
