Key Responsibilities:


1. Training Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and Implement a structured training calendar in alignment with business needs.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage training vendors for specialized training programs.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of behavioral training programs to enhance soft skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives and employee development needs.

2. Training Need Analysis (TNA):

  • Lead TNA across departments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Develop and drive a training competency framework for different roles and levels.
  • Ensure the implementation of assessment tools for competency mapping and valuation through external vendors.

3. Competency Mapping:

  • Develop and implement a competency framework for the organization, defining key skills and behavioral expectations.
  • Maintain a competency directory for all roles within the organization.
  • Oversee competency mapping for all roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the execution of competency assessments through external vendors to evaluate employee skill levels and development needs.

4. Training Design & Structure:

  • Oversee the creation of customized training modules (technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral) in collaboration with vendors.
  • Ensure blended learning approaches, including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training, are effectively implemented.
  • Ensure all training programs align with industry best practices and business objectives.

5. Training Evaluation & Return on Expectations (ROE):

  • Implement and oversee a training evaluation framework to measure effectiveness.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to track training impact.
  • Assess ROE and work with vendors to refine training methodologies based on feedback.

6. Training Budget & Documentation:

  • Plan and manage the annual training budget, ensuring cost-effective vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all training activities, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain records of training attendance, feedback, and post-training assessments in collaboration with vendors.

Experience &Education Qualification Required

  • 12-15 Years of Work Experience
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Learning & Development preferred.
  • Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., NLP, Instructional Design, Coaching) will be an added advantage.

Key Skills and Attitude Required

  • Strong expertise in learning and development (L&D) methodologies
  • Experience in training program design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of competency frameworks & assessment tools
  • Strong analytical skills for TNA & training impact measurement
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage training vendors
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
