Position Overview:
As an SAP BASIS Administrator at RiDiK, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our SAP systems. You will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscape, utilizing your expertise in both ABAP and Java stack systems. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Basis principles and best practices, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
SAP System Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC 6.0, SRM, MDG, GRC, SCM, and Fiori.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user administration, security, and authorization.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Database Administration:
- Administer SAP systems running on HANA, DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle databases.
- Perform database backups, restores, and performance optimization.
Operating System Administration:
- Administer and manage Windows, Linux, or AIX operating systems in a virtualization/Hyperscaler context.
Cloud Solutions (Plus):
- Support and administer cloud solutions, including SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, and C4C.
- Understand SAP Cloud Architecture and HCI Middleware setup.
- Manage SuccessFactors integration with on-premise SAP environments.
Additional SAP Components (Plus):
- Administer SAP PO, SAP ME/MII, OpenText Suite of products, SAP GTS, and Solution Manager 7.2.
- Administer BOBJ and BODS.
Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP systems and procedures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and other IT teams.
- Participate in project implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP Basis experience with both ABAP and Java stack systems.
Essential SAP Systems:
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, SAP SRM, SAP MDG, SAP GRC, SAP SCM, and Fiori is a must.
Preferred SAP Systems:
- Experience with at least two of the following is a plus: PO, SAP ME/MII, OpenText Suite of products, SAP GTS, Solution Manager 7.2.
- Experience with cloud solutions including SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, & C4C is a plus.
Databases :
- Experience operating SAP systems on HANA, DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle databases.
Operating Systems :
- Experience with Windows, Linux, or AIX administration and management of SAP systems in a virtualization/Hyperscaler context is a big plus.
Other Skills :
- Good understanding of SAP Cloud Architecture and HCI Middleware setup.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration with on-premise SAP environments.
- Experience with BOBJ and BODS administration.
- Experience with SLT administration.
Availability :
- Immediate joiners or those available within 30 days are preferred.
