Tringapps - SAP Basis Lead (8-12 yrs)

Skills & Abilities :

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems.

- Expertise and experience to manage and oversee all aspects of SAP Basis administration.

- Collaborates effectively with team members and peers to develop robust technology solutions and processes.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools.

- Strong working experience in databases such as MS SQL, SAP HANA, and SAP Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE).

- Deep understanding of Linux and Windows server environments.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and peers and resolve issues quickly.

- Willingness to provide off-hour and weekend support as required.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, maintain, and support SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Solman, GRC, SAP SLT, Data Services, etc.).

- Provide guidance and leadership in troubleshooting and resolutions, maintenance, system architecture, and system roadmap design.

- Monitor production system performance to proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for maintaining optimal performance levels.

- Collaborate with functional teams and developers for system integrations, troubleshooting, and overall SAP landscape management.

- Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancement packs, kernel patches, and any third-party applications.

- Provide expertise in SAP technologies and stay updated with the latest SAP releases and best practices.

- Coordinate with SAP support, hardware vendors, and other third-party providers for resolving issues and managing escalations.

- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including technical architecture diagrams and procedures.

- Partner with SAP-Security and audit teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
