Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through research, cold calls, and networking to expand the client base.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of products or services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
  • Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2C sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, based on-site.
  • Monday to Saturday (Flexi time schedule).
  • Regular travel may be required for client meetings and business development activities.
