Job Description

Job Summary:
Adamas University is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager of Marketing to oversee and implement effective marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment for the university. This individual will play a crucial role in promoting the institutions programs, brand, and mission across diverse digital and traditional marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans to promote Adamas Universitys academic programs, campus facilities, research, and other key initiatives.
    • Work closely with senior management to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.) to increase brand visibility and drive enrollment.

  1. Content Creation & Branding:
    • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and social media posts.
    • Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to the universitys branding guidelines and effectively communicates its values and offerings.

  1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
    • Manage and oversee the universitys digital marketing strategies, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights) to improve future initiatives.

  1. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand prospective students’ needs, market trends, and competitors’ strategies.
    • Provide recommendations to senior management based on research findings to enhance marketing strategies and increase engagement.

  1. Event Planning & Promotion:
    • Organize and promote university events such as open houses, webinars, seminars, fairs, and other outreach activities aimed at increasing prospective student interest.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.

  1. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless integration between marketing and enrollment efforts.
    • Lead and supervise a team of marketing associates or assistants, providing guidance, feedback, and support to meet team objectives.
    • Build relationships with internal departments to ensure consistent communication and project alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in an educational institution or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing tools, and website management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the higher education landscape and student recruitment processes is a plus.
