Job Description: Team Lead / Manager

Responsibilities:

• Foster a Positive Work Environment: Create and maintain a collaborative and encouraging atmosphere within the team.
• Task Delegation & Deadline Management: Assign tasks effectively, ensuring that all deadlines are met while balancing team capacity.
• Motivate and Inspire: Actively engage and motivate team members to perform at their best, both individually and collectively.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and deliver performance reports to upper management.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Team Building Initiatives: Plan and organize team-building sessions to promote camaraderie and strengthen team dynamics.
• Daily Meetings & Support: Conduct daily check-ins with the team to offer guidance, identify areas for improvement, and provide support where needed.
• Encourage Professional Growth: Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team members to pursue both professional and personal growth.
• Operational Oversight: Maintain schedules, manage call queues, oversee customer handling, and ensure helpdesk support is efficient.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite Expertise: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational & Time Management: Excellent skills in managing time and organizing tasks efficiently.
• Decision-Making: Strong ability to make informed, timely decisions to guide the team effectively.
• Communication & Leadership: Demonstrated skills in leadership and clear, effective communication.
• Adaptability & Implementation: Ability to introduce and implement changes, rules, and processes as needed.
