Job Summary : The VP - Learning Partner will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the distribution channels. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and sales methodologies. The ideal candidate will foster a high performance through various development initiatives.
Talent Development:
- Create and manage a talent development framework to support career progression and succession planning for critical roles in distribution channels
- Conceptualize and Implement a Talent development approach for various levels across different channels in distribution to build talent pipeline for various levels
- Create roadmap with end to end learning journeys that meet the need strategic needs of the business unit and integrate with other people programs and processes
- Utilize blended learning methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training to suit the context and meet the learning needs
- Provide learning and talent solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business unit and integrate with other people programs and processes
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve training initiatives.
Program Management:
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis at channel level
- Crafting training strategy and interventions
- Translating Training strategy into Operational plans
- Effective execution and assessment of impact
- Strengthening L&D infrastructure and capabilities
- Engaging Stakeholders including Business and HR leaders across levels and departments
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with distribution stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business needs.
- Partner with external vendors and industry experts to bring innovative training solutions to the organization.
