Vice President - Learning & Development - Hospitality (12-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership in L&D - Develop and implement an L&D strategy aligned with business goals, cultural values, and employee growth while fostering continuous learning and innovation.

2. Program Design & Development - Design scalable, innovative learning programs, including digital content and assessment frameworks, to address functional, behavioral, and leadership development.

3. PAN India Training Operations - Oversee nationwide training delivery, ensuring quality, timely completion, and effective team leadership of regional trainers and SMEs.

4. Customer Experience Focus - Enhance Customer Experience by aligning training programs with service delivery and addressing feedback through targeted solutions.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Partner with cross-functional leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and address organizational challenges.

Candidate Profile:

1. 12+ years of professional experience in L&D, including minimum 5 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing large-scale L&D initiatives.

2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar disciplines is essential (Master's degree is a plus). Preferred qualifications include certifications in instructional design, leadership coaching, or advanced training methodologies.

3. Proven ability to conceptualize and execute learning strategies on a PAN India scale, ideally in high-growth and rapidly evolving industries.

4. Hands-on experience with digital training platforms, instructional content creation, and leadership development frameworks.

5. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Skilled in leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to inform decisions.
