Sales Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and answer customer queries effectively.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up as required.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain call records and prepare reports on feedback and outcomes.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to persuade and convince potential customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
