Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads and managers to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through databases, online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed,etc), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
• Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
