Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Staff Program Manager with a strong background in
Program and Delivery Management:
- This role requires extensive experience managing end-toend delivery across complex projects and expertise in administering Jira and Confluence to optimize workflows and project transparency.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for process improvement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Management
- Oversee and drive successful program delivery, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Consolidate best practices from individual customer programs to bring delivery standard in terms of processes to the organisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and report on program KPIs, timelines, and milestones.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively address potential issues to keep programs on track.
- Regularly communicate program status to leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and actionable updates.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify, implement, and maintain best practices for project and program management processes across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve team productivity.
- Mentor and support project and delivery managers and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication regarding program objectives and progress.
- Engage with senior leadership to provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on strategic objectives
