Job Description :

We are seeking a Program Manager to manage and oversee multiple projects for one of our key clients based in the US, for their Innovation Program that is kickstarting in 2025. The role will be hybrid, requiring 20% on-site presence at the US office and the remainder at our India office.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the client's executive team to align program objectives with organizational goals and recommend strategies for successful execution.

- Proactively communicate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure transparency, resolve issues, and drive efficiency improvements.

- Develop detailed project roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with the broader innovation program strategy.

- Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and accountability, both in the US and India.

- Anticipate risks and challenges, create mitigation strategies, and adapt plans to keep programs on track.

- Monitor program performance using established KPIs and present updates to stakeholders regularly.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Evaluate and optimize processes to improve delivery efficiency and program outcomes.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Program & Project Management : Proven experience managing multiple large scale technology projects for international clients, ensuring successful delivery

- Leadership & Communication : Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and foster effective communication.

- Risk Management : Expertise in identifying potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and developing contingency plans.

- Technical Understanding : Familiarity with technology trends and tools, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.

- Process Improvement : Experience in optimizing workflows and implementing efficiency improvements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or related fields. A Master's degree or PMP/similar certification is a plus.

- 15-20 years of overall professional experience 8+ years of relevant experience in program or project management, with a track record of leading innovation-driven initiatives.

- Proficiency in program management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.

- Experience in managing hybrid or global teams and working across time zones.

- Experience in the services industry, catering to international clients in SaaS and product-based companies is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Additional Information :

- Work Location : Hybrid - 20% in the US office and 80% in the India office.

- Compensation : Competitive and based on experience.

- Travel Requirements : Occasional travel between the US and India may be

required.
