- Experience with performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools .
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Ability to create a high level work breakdown for a large component into clear,phased deliverables.

- Experience in designing scalable Java and RDBMS based web & mobile applications, designing and executing performance and scalability tests, and performance profiling.
- Design and development experience in modern platforms using REST/API integration, Cloud Native Solutions, Containers, Micro services.
- Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Ability to research and understand new technology solutions and present essential comparisons, pros/cons, and target use cases.
- Resolve technical problems as they arise and provide guidance to development teams.
- Inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Assess the business impact of certain technical choices.
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
- Closely work with the CTO on developing the Technological edge of the organization.
