Revyrie Global - Manager - Human Resources (1-2 yrs)

- Lead and optimize recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent aligned with business goals.

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies that promote business growth, employee engagement, and compliance with statutory regulations.

- Act as a strategic partner to resolve employee grievances, facilitate open communication, and promote a harmonious workplace.

- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout.

- Establish and manage programs to recognize and reward employee achievements, boosting morale and retention.

- Oversee performance appraisals, periodic reviews, and development plans to foster a culture of continuous growth and accountability.

- Manage payroll functions, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

- Conduct training needs assessments and implement programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Skills Required:
