Role & responsibilities:-

1. Taking care of all operational verticals including Spare Parts, warranty, Service Planning, Training and CRM, Technical Publication etc.

2. Majorly experience in Warranty and Spare Parts. Apart from this, oversee some part of CRM and Training also.

3. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.

4. Oversee all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity

5. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline operations

7. Manage the daily operations of the production, distribution, quality control, and inventory management departments
