Experience: 10 years (minimum 3 years in the Automotive domain) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Key Responsibilities: Design and improve automotive products following industry standards and customer specifications. Prepare and review technical documents, including BOMs, FMEAs (including DFMEA), and APQP. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and finalize designs. Enhance design methods, tools, and processes for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation.
Preferred Skills: Experience in designing automotive products; knowledge of sensors, solenoids, and coils is a plus. Expertise in product and assembly process development for plastic, rubber, and metal parts. Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably Creo. Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and DFMEA processes. Technical expertise in development, implementation, and engineering disciplines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Good knowledge of quality improvement initiatives. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
