Maintenance Head

Job Title: Maintenance Head
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Location: Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring effective manpower utilization.
-- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all machinery and equipment.
-- Monitoring of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of machines.
-- Maintain and manage documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
-- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics maintenance.
-- Knowledge of Internet and Broadband system maintenance.
-- Knowledge of MTTR & MTBF.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
-- Hands-on experience with Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic components.
-- Handling suppliers & service providers.
-- Knowledge of purchase department processes.
-- Strong problem-solving skills.
