We are currently searching for a finance professional that possesses a solid blend of business-savvy and strong analytical skills to provide financial reporting and analysis support as part of the Company s FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this person will be a key member of the FP&A team to help grow and drive the business through quality financial reporting, data management, and analysis. This person will also be responsible for managing a team of two financial analysts.
With oversight of the financial analysts, the Finance Manger will be heavily involved with the Company s cycles of financial reporting, analyzing various functional expenses, and will play a key role to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy with the potential to increase responsibilities over time. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and leadership ability are key attributes possessed by the person that will fill this role.
Responsibilities
Manage the financial analysts reporting into this role
Compile various key financial reports that are provided to senior leadership and/or our private equity ownership on a weekly or monthly basis, ensuring strict levels of data accuracy
Tracking, reporting, and analysis of Company s headcount data
Expense review and variance analysis for various parts of the business
Tracking of various capital expenditure projects
Make timely decisions and draw appropriate conclusions from analysis of the business and financial information available
Ad hoc analysis and projects as required
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
MBA or CPA preferred
8+ years of finance professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility over time and 2+ years of experience as a manager of individual contributors
Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in collaboration with, or as part of a team servicing, companies based in the United States; familiarity with the business culture, communication practices, and time zone coordination typical of US-based organizations is preferred
Be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, in support of a rapidly growing and changing organization
Possess a high degree of integrity, while consistently driving to get things done, and done accurately
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills required, including a high degree of demonstrated Excel expertise and a working knowledge of an enterprise level financial planning system
