Job Description

Research and analyse competitors, marketing approach, ranking, keywords etc. Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion) in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Understand the client's goals. Maintain and build relationships with key client staff to maintain optimal retention rate and client satisfaction.
- Manage bids throughout the entire campaign for clients, monitor and update daily budgets
- Product optimization including organic search terms paid search terms and other promotional campaigns (i.e. coupons)
- Ability to conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns to maximize budget
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in all applicable Amazon marketplaces. Help with inventory forecasting for large product catalogue
- Optimize product detail pages including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and rich (A+) content for higher conversion and better search rank. - Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns. Analyzing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spend, etc
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, and estimate monthly costs
- Monitoring and reporting performance of new and existing products.
- Manage the day-to-day operations including product content, site maintenance, listing hygiene inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities, on-site content improvements, ensuring a perfect store online and the best consumer experience.
Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line. Continually optimize product listings, brand store, and enhanced content
Work cross-functionally with the sales team, PPC team and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients. Ensure that the reports are sent to clients on time and according to the format that is set
Make sure that the media plan is set after discussion with PPC
Manage Communication with the clients weekly as well as account-wise, keeping a track of all the ad campaigns & deliverables list etc.
Develop strong relationships with Amazon vendor managers, partners and external agencies
Maintain KPIs and report on performance to key stakeholders identifying risks and opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing the action plan.
