Project Manager

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Supervise the development, bug fixes and upgrades of projects.

• Keep your knowledge and the company s products up to date with the latest web industry trends.

• Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

• Create learning opportunities within the development team through training, conferences, hands-on training and mentorship in projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

• Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure project milestones are met.

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the team and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines.

• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team productivity.

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

• Report problems and escalate to management as needed.

• Coordinate with developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the applications.

• Recruitment of new team members when required.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and reach out to potential customers for new business.

• Screen potential business deals by analyzing requirements, financials and market strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management.

• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira.

• Strong knowledge of sprint planning and task management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proven track record of delivering successful software projects on time and within budget.

• Must have a good professional background in coding.

• Must have strong leadership and team management qualities.
