Job Description

The Analyst - Global Trade Content is responsible for the accurate compilation and in-depth understanding of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HS) Tariff with a focus on sourcing, verification, conversion, and quality assurance.

About the Role

Research Global Trade Content for various countries from authorized government websites.
The trade content includes HS, import-export duties, documents required to be filed while paying
various duties, trade compliance, licensing requirements including procedures and documents required to obtain those licenses.
Interpret and convert government legislation related to global trade into standard format/software compatible format before loading in the system.
Daily track regulatory and monitor changes from government websites for assigned tariffs with timely updates.
Seek opportunities to grow regulatory data for assigned tariffs.

About You

Knowledge of HS and Customs regulations.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English. Proficiency in other language(s) will be an added advantage.
Analytical and interpretation skills.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Strong focus on delivery, including attention to details.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while at the same time fully participating in a team environment.
