Retail Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  
• Oversee retail store activities such as stocking, display maintenance, and visual merchandising.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to agricultural products (fertilizers & pesticides).
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in retail operations or agriculture sales/marketing.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc) or Chemistry (B.Sc).
  
• Strong knowledge of fertilizers & pesticides industry trends and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
