We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate for Return to Manufacturer (RTM) Chargeback Process to manage and optimize the return-to-manufacturer chargeback process. In this role, you will take ownership of overseeing chargeback claims, ensuring accuracy in documentation, processing, and timely resolution of disputes with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders. As a senior associate, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership in the execution of chargeback procedures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the RTM chargeback process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of chargebacks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving chargeback disputes with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Investigate discrepancies, negotiate resolutions, and ensure that all documentation is in order to support the claims.
- Process all chargebacks assigned are completed with set accuracy and productivity.
- Prioritize the ageing and urgent requests on regular basis.
- Follow desktop procedures and controls while working on invoices.
- Analyze the root cause of errors and work towards mitigating those in future.
- Ability to collaborate, manage adhoc requests.
- Maintaining a good communication bridge between various stakeholders and team for efficient work culture.
- Work in collaboration with Specialist/Senior Specialists and to understand challenges/concerns. Identify process gaps and proactively work with stake holders to fix process gaps.
- Train the New joiners and existing team members to fill the knowledge gaps.
Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a invoice processing.
