Competencies :

- Excellent written communication skills in English and keen attention to detail.

- Experience with Madcap Flare or other content authoring system.

- Experience with Microsoft Suite.

- Knowledge of Agile process.

- Experience with JIRA.

- Ability to juggle and hit deadlines on multiple assignments, prioritize work, and keep stakeholders updated on statuses.

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

- Technically proficient enough to dig into the product and not only understand how it works, but how to use it yourself.

- Passionate about learning new things.

- Basic understanding of HTML.

- Facilitate subject matter expert reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Write clear, accurate, and timely product documentation that helps users understand, navigate, and use complex software.
