Brief on Job :

We are currently hiring a passionate, user centered to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Will need to work on data analytics, data engineering product designed targeted at B2B customers comprising of business users, technical developers and so on.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As a Technical Writer you will be responsible for all documentation relating to one or more Noesys product.

- Technical Writer will produce and maintain documentation that includes :

1. Product training content.

2. User Guides.

3. How To Documentation.

4. Helptext.

5. Release Documentation, such as Detailed Release Notes, Summary Notes, and Release Highlights.

6. Client specific Documentation - including updates to the Reference Documentation, Feature.

7. List, Release Highlights.

- Provide our customers (internal and external) with quality documentation within a defined timeline.

- Create, update, and edit functional, technical, and user documentation.

- Work closely with Product, Business Analysts, Development, and QA to gather detailed requirements.

- Edit presentations and videos.

- General responsibilities for implementing or maintaining the Noesys Information Security policy, as well as a specific responsibility for the protection of assets, or the execution of security processes or activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software organization.

- Good understanding of technical writing principles and processes.

- Basic understanding of Data Analytics (Nice to have).

- Ability and inclination to grasp new technology quickly.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to understand the product features and be able to create training content.

- Ability to understand the customer requirements and address them using suitable documentation strategies.

- Experience working independently, as part of a team, and with overseas development teams

- Experience communicating with non-native English speakers.

- Ability to make decisions quickly, flexibility to reprioritize on short notice, and ability to foster teamwork.
