Experience: 6 years and above of experience in leading project delivery teams, product implementations.

- Hands on experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics projects is an added advantage.

- Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Tableau along with experience in other competitor products are preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

- Lead and manage data analytics and business intelligence project implementation using our product Infoveave.

- Build and execute project plans involving stakeholders and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

- Ensuring adherence to SLA, quality of deliverables and proper time management.

- Run daily standups, focusing on project milestones, effort sizing, and sprint planning.

- Proactively communicating with stakeholders on project risks like scope creep, technical or delivery challenges and working on the risk mitigation and resolution.

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customer queries and needs, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Create, maintain, and share project documentation, metrics, and status reports with relevant stakeholders.

- Involve in pre-sales efforts in estimations, client discussions and planning as and when required.

- Manage team members work allocation, ensuring completion of daily targets, guiding on deliverables, analysing, troubleshooting and resolving issues raised.

- Report on team velocity and conduct performance reviews.

- Plan for resource allocation and support HR for recruitment, ensuring the right skills are available for successful project delivery.

- General responsibilities for implementing or maintaining the Noesys Information Security policy, as well as any specific responsibilities for the protection of assets, or the execution of security processes or activities.
