System Administrator - MS Dynamics 365 (6-10 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

MS Dynamics 365 - System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 platform (Finance, Supply Chain, Project & Operations, CE modules) and applications supporting Finance, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service functions. Some of the key tasks and skills of this role include:

- Implementing and enforcing best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, development, testing, deployment, environments, and instances.

- Monitoring and analyzing Dynamics 365 usage, performance, availability, and health metrics and taking proactive measures with Microsoft to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

- Keeping up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, releases, features, enhancements, and best practices and ensuring that the organization's Dynamics 365 environment is compatible and compliant with them.

- Assist in maintaining software licenses, user access and security roles.

- Coordinate and perform database refreshes. Manage Dynamics instance cloning and hosting between production and lower environments.

- Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365

Experience & Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering.

- At least 5 years of combined years' experience as Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator on AX 2012 and D365.

- Proven expertise in system auditing, with set-up and managing integrations with Microsoft's Recurring Integration Scheduler.

- Multi years' experience in user authentication, user authorization and data security; proven knowledge and experience with user roles and security in AX / D365.

- Experience on Microsoft methodology and Lifecycle Services Toolset managing complex SaaS solutions.

- Experience on all Microsoft Platforms (Dynamics, Power and Azure) and Dataverse (Dual Write).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage project tasks under pressure, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with different geographies and cultures.

- A certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Modules is preferred.
