Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. Specializing in digital marketing services, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales across multiple digital channels. Your focus will be on selling our suite of SEO, SMO, PPC, web development, and mobile app development services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to fully understand clients' digital marketing objectives, challenges, and goals.
Prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, and manage relationships with existing clients.
Proposal Development & Presentation:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that demonstrate the value and benefits of our digital marketing services.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Demonstrate how our services can solve client challenges and help them achieve their business goals.
Contract Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
Effectively close sales and secure long-term business opportunities, transitioning clients smoothly to the account management and delivery teams for service execution.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
Use market insights to refine sales strategies, better position our digital marketing services, and target high-value accounts.
Regularly provide feedback to internal teams on market conditions and competitor offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as Marketing Managers, VPs, and CEOs within potential client organizations.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SMO, PPC, web development, and mobile app development.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and capitalize on them.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in CRM tools and other sales management software (e.g., HubSpot).
