ReSource Pro - Engineer - .Net/ASP (3-5 yrs)

Working Experience : Minimum 3 - 5 years of software development experience

Technical Skills :

1. Programming skills : Good OOP/OOD knowledge to design and implement complex functional modules. Understanding of different algorithms, and experience selecting different algorithms to meet different business needs.

2. Database design/optimization : Familiar with structured database design and optimization of complex SQL scripts/stored procedures.

3. Troubleshoot & Solution Delivery : Ability to understand root causes to problems, and identifying potential solutions. Ability to follow through on a structured approach to problem solving.

4. Technology Skill set : Minimum 3 -5 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL, jQuery, Entity Framework and frequently used design patterns/principles.

5. Tools : Familiar with Microsoft design and programming tools, including Visual Studio, SVN, SQL Server Management Studio etc.

6. Insurance Technology experience would be an added advantage
